Due to payment platform limitations and technical reasons, Wegic can’t currently support direct upgrades from Basic to Pro.
If you’d like to upgrade, we're glad to handle it manually for you.

Please provide the necessary information, such as your account email, current plan, and desired upgrade plan.
And then send an email to contact@wegic.ai
Once we receive your upgrade request email, we’ll send you a bill for the price difference.
Payment will be automatically deducted the next day after UTC+0.
After the payment is completed, we will upgrade your plan and apply benefits and credits within one day.
Please do not make any manual payments or cancel the payment during this time.
