How do I check my Wegic accont email?

Log in, and go to https://wegic.ai/workspace.

Click the avatar in the top right, and view your email at the arrow-marked location.

How do I confirm my current Wegic plan?

Log in, and go to https://wegic.ai/workspace.

Follow the steps in the image below to check your current Wegic plan.

What plans can I upgrade to?

We can help you upgrade:

Monthly Basic → Monthly Pro

Monthly Basic → Yearly Pro

Yearly Basic → Yearly Pro.

You only need to pay the difference.

2. When will the upgrade be completed

Once we receive your upgrade request email, we’ll send you a bill for the price difference.

Payment will be automatically deducted the next day after UTC+0.

After the payment is completed, we will upgrade your plan and apply benefits and credits within one day.

Please do not make any manual payments or cancel the payment during this time.
