1. When can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. After confirming the upgrade, you will receive a prorated price based on the usage of your current plan.

Please note that once the upgrade is successful, it cannot be undone.

2. When does the next billing cycle start?

The payment platform will send a notification to your Wegic-registered email before the charge. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

3. Can I downgrade my plan?

So sorry, but downgrades are not supported. If you no longer need to use Wegic, you can cancel the next subscription cycle.

4. What happens after canceling the next subscription cycle?

The system will handle it as follows:

  1. Current cycle benefits remain active: Even after canceling the next subscription, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your current Wegic plan until the end of the current cycle.

  2. No charges for the next cycle: Starting from the next billing cycle, the system will no longer process automatic charges, your subscription will not renew, and the benefits of your current Wegic plan will automatically expire.
