Managing your account settings is quick and easy. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to update your name, change your avatar, and delete your account.
To change your name on the platform:
Navigate to the Account Settings section by clicking on your profile picture at the top-right corner.
Click the [Account] button to enter Account Settings.
Enter your new name in the provided field.
Click on your current avatar, and choose the Upload Image button to select a new photo from your computer.
Click [Save] to confirm your changes.
If you wish to permanently delete your account:
Log in to your account.
Go to Account Settings.
Click [Manage Account] to open the menu, and then [Delete Account].
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Click [Continue] and go to the next step.
To confirm, please type in [Delete my account].
Lastly, we'd appreciate it if you could share why you're leaving. Your feedback will help us improve Wegic.
Once deleted, all your account data will be removed, and you will no longer have access to the platform.
