Account Management

Managing your account settings is quick and easy. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to update your name, change your avatar, and delete your account.

1. Modify Your Name and Your Avatar

To change your name on the platform:

1. Log in to your Wegic.ai account.

2. Click the [Build Your Site] button to open the workspace.

1. Navigate to the Account Settings section by clicking on your profile picture at the top-right corner.

2. Click the [Account] button to enter Account Settings.

1. Enter your new name in the provided field.

1. Click on your current avatar, and choose the Upload Image button to select a new photo from your computer.

2. Click [Save] to confirm your changes.

2. Change Your Password and Email

To change your password:

1. Click on the avatar to open yourprofile and click [Account]

1. Click the [Manage Account] to open the menu.

1. Click the [Change Password]

1. Enter current password and click [Verify Identity]

1. Enter the new password.

1. Change completed.

To change your email:

1. Click on the avatar in the top-right corner to open your [Account settings]

1. Click the [Manage Account] to open the meun.

1. Click the [Change Email]

1. Enter the current password.

1. Enter the new email and we will send the verification code to your new email.

1. Click the link in the email to open it in your browser.

1. Change completed.

3. Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Account Settings.

1. Click [Manage Account] to open the menu, and then [Delete Account].

1. You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Click [Continue] and go to the next step.

1. To confirm, please type in [Delete my account].
