When are the credits taken, before or after the change?

Currently, credits are deducted as soon as the website is generated. We deduct credits only when the website is generated or when modifications are made through AI.

However, don't worry too much, the credits in the free version are generally sufficient for generating and modifying a simple website. If you want to get more credits, you can upgrade to the paid version or earn credits by inviting friends.

Where can I download my invoice or receipt?

You can download your invoice and receipt directly from your Wegic account.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your Wegic account.

2. Click on the avatar to open the profile.

3. Hover over the subscription plan card

4. Click on [Manage Billing].

5. You’ll see a list of your past payments.

6. Click Download Invoice or Download Receipt next to the relevant transaction.

If you need a company name or tax info added to your invoice, you can update your billing details before your next payment cycle. Past invoices cannot be edited once issued.

How can I cancel my subscription?
  1. log in to wegic.ai, go to the workspace.

  2. Click on the avatar to open the profile.

  3. Hover over the subscription plan card

  4. Click [Unsubscription]

This will cancel the renewal, and you won’t be charged in the next billing cycle.

Can I get a refund after canceling my subscription?

Sorry, but we can't offer refunds after canceling a subscription.

According to our no-refund policy, subscription fees are non-refundable.

However, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.

Can you help me correct the errors on the invoice?

We would like to help you modify it directly, but we are unable to edit the invoice (FastSpring operates in a MoR model, meaning FastSpring is the direct seller, and we cannot modify the information).

You can contact questioncharge.com on the receipt, which will eventually direct you to FastSpring's customer support page where you can fill out a feedback form.

Is wegic only for personal use? or for agency use also.

Wegic is available for everyone, whether individuals, teams, companies, or agencies.

However, we currently cannot offer the custom packages that agencies often require. Wegic is still in the beta stage, and we do not want to offer too many complex payment plans at this time.

What each plan offers differently and how much each one costs?

Click on the points section, and click the "Upgrade" button.

How can I earn more credits?

You can increase the credits on your account by subscribing to the Wegic Basic or Pro plan.

Additionally, you can earn credits by inviting friends or sharing websites.
