AI Form — A Smarter Way to Collect Answers

Traditional forms can feel boring — users may skip questions, type random answers, or fill them out incorrectly.

AI Form solves that.

It talks to your visitors like a real person, asking one question at a time. It helps users stay focused and gives you clearer, more valuable answers.

This way, you can collect real user information, connect with the right customers, and turn interest into business.

How to Add An AI Form

For now, AI Forms can only be added to the [Contact Us] section.

  1. Open []

  2. Choose your website file and open

  3. Click [Add section], then tell Kimmy in the chatbox on the left that you’d like to add a [Contact Us] section.

  4. Wait a few seconds, and you'll see the AI Form appear on your site.

Edit the AI Form

Select the AI form on your site, and click [Edit].

1. Set A Form Target

Enter a description to edit your [Form target], or let AI regenerate a new one for you.

2. Set A Welcome Statement

Use one sentence to show your website visitors or potential customers why they should fill out this form.

3. Edit and confirm the [Info to collect]

  1. Check the question list:

Click [Info to collect] to see the list of questions — AI has already prepared 5 questions for you based on your Form target.

  1. Change the question:

Want to change a question? Just click to edit, delete the current text, and type in a simple phrase like “name,” “email,” or “budget.”

AI will take care of the rest and generate complete, detailed questions for your form.

  1. Set the answer type

    1. Text – Let users type in their own answers (e.g., name, email, or detailed needs).

    2. Choice – Let users pick one answer from a list of options. You can also enable an “Other” option so they can write in their own answer.

Smarter follow-up with every choice

For every choice question, you can turn on [Required AI will keep asking for this info] — this tells the AI to always follow up on the user’s selection.

No matter which option they choose, the AI will ask why they picked it. This helps you gather deeper insights and more valuable feedback from each response.

  1. Add a new question

Click [Add item], describe your question in a few words, or pick one from the AI-suggested list.

4. Preview or Test Your Form

A live preview of your form stays visible on the left side of the popup.

You can chat with the AI Form to simulate the full process—just like how a real visitor or potential customer would fill it out.

To design the most ideal form, you can test the form on the left while editing it on the right.

Each time you make a change, the form on the left will reset and generate an updated version for you to experience.

5. Confirm and Save Your Form

Everything looks perfect. Let’s click the [Confirm] button at the bottom to save your form.

Publish Your Site to Make the AI Form Live

Final step!

Click [Publish] to launch the latest version of your website — so more visitors and potential customers can see and fill out your AI Form.

Where to view submitted form entries?

You can view your AI Form data in three places.

In the workspace

  • Choose your website file and click the icon that looks like an inbox.

At the top of the editor page

  • Click the icon next to the “Preview” button that looks like an inbox.

Select the AI Form in the editing area

  • In the popup tool window, click the Feedback button to enter and view all submitted forms.

At the top of the Feedback page, click [Notifications] to set whether you want to receive email alerts when a form is submitted.

You can enable this feature to get timely email updates whenever a new potential customer fills out your form.
